After a long professional career as a dancer, Pilates played a transformative role in supporting my own body. I am a Body Control Pilates–certified teacher offering mat-based group classes and private reformer machine classes.

My classes are tailored to offer personalised guidance and are carefully tailored to suit your needs. I remain deeply committed to my own practice and continued professional development.
